Problem: Hawai'i's Division of Forestry and Wildlife needed to make a persuasive funding case to the state legislature.
Solution: I created a donor-facing infographic package that made the case for investment clear at a glance. It was a key element among the materials submitted to the Hawai'i State Legislature and directly contributed to the successful request.
Result: The request secured $8 million in state funding.
Problem: The Adaptation Fund needed to show donors and the media what its grants to least developed countries were achieving, but its dense technical reports weren't being read.
Solution: I created an infographic that turned the Fund's climate adaptation results into a clear, at-a-glance story.
Result: Germany's Environment Minister requested extra printed copies for her agency heads to post, showing staff why the ministry invests millions in climate adaptation.
